We then develop a deeper understanding around their current people needs and where they are struggling the most to attract key talent, before moving on to talent mapping and succession planning the mid to long term. Our methodology:

  • Identify key roles/levels where it is most difficult to source talent, each of these we call a talent group.
  • Confirm total relevant addressable candidate market through consultation with client
  • Cross reference the competitive landscape for each product/business type/skill set
  • Begin searching relevant profiles through multiple channels and build talent groups.
